NOCTURNIST | 25 Weeks | $450K to $500K/yr
PRACTICE
*Hospital Employed position
*25 Weeks Per Year (27 Weeks OFF)
*7 on 7 off, 12 hour night shifts (7 pm to 7 am)
*Group of 38 Hospitalists
*14 Hospitalists on each day / Additional on swing shifts
*3 nocturnists on each night plus NP's
*20 Bed General ICU with intensivists / subspecialists
*Work in a modern 600 bed hospital
*5-8 Admissions per night = 80% of practice (Do have some interaction with Gen ICU and Midlevels
*No rounding on the floor
*NO PROCEDURES REQUIRED
*.All procedures are handled by another department. Can do procedures if desired.
*Lots of subspecialty support
*Hospital has IM and FP residency program
*EPIC EMR
*Full benefits including malpractice, tail, ONE WEEK PAID VACATION, CME, health, 401K, etc.
*COMPENSATION
+On-going salary
+Quality Bonus ( up to $30K)
+wRVU Bonus
=$450K to $500K/yr
*Sign-on = $45K

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
*BE/BC in Internal Medicine
*Does not Accept J1 sponsorships
