StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with one of the large healthcare systems in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro to assist them with recruiting additional Nocturnist for their experienced hospitalist team.

- Practice Highlights / Qualifications:
- Must be board eligible/board certified
- Hospitalist experience required/Nocturnist experience preferred
- Nocturnist only providing a third physician alongside two experienced Nocturnist physicians.
- Lead Hospitalist take all call then admit to themselves, 2nd Hospitalist or Residency Team
- 1/3 admissions done by Residency Team (Resident, Med Student +1)
- Lead and second Hospitalist average 20 admissions per night
- Residency Team capped at 10 admissions per night
- Very rare procedures are done at night
- Admit to ICU and cover, but care/management is done by ICU team
- 7on /7off, 12 hour shifts (6p-6a)
