Nocturnist Position in Metro New Mexico – Permanent position
- Hospital employed group.
- Guaranteed base salary of $344,850. $20,000 quality and efficiency bonus per year for hitting quality metrics and regular attendance of meetings.
- Average 12-13 shifts per month (twelve-hour shifts)
- Closed ICU setting. No procedures.
- EPIC EMR
- Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation bonus.
- Internal Medicine training is required. Must be BE/BC with ABIM.
- Hospital is considering practicing physicians or 2024 graduates.
- Comprehensive benefits package, paid malpractice, CME allowance and time off, 403B retirement with match
- Not-for profit health system with nine hospitals in New Mexico. Eligible for PSLF loan repayment.
- Located in the Albuquerque, NM metro area. International airport in town.
