Full-time Nocturnist- 7on/off- Oakland County, MI

An established physician-led group providing hospitalist and post-acute care/nursing home services in Southeast Michigan is seeking to hire 2 full-time Nocturnists.

Practice in Detroit’s northern suburbs, easily commutable to many of the area’s highly desirable communities. Enjoy a block schedule, 7 on/off, admissions only!

- Starting January 1st, 2024

- Full-time, employed opportunity with a physician-led group covering one hospital

- Level II Trauma Center, 300+ Beds

- J1 and H1B Visa Candidates are eligible

- No ICU or Procedures

- Block Schedule, 12 hr shifts

- Admissions only; no rounding

-Census ranges from 5-15 admissions/night with resident available to help with most admissions

- Cerner EMR

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary starting at $220K-$240K annually; quarterly bonuses based on collections. Option to become shareholder after 3 years.

Benefits include medical malpractice with tail coverage, Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, with employer paying half or more the cost of monthly premiums. Expense reimbursement including cell phone, mileage, dues/fees. $1500 for CME annually
