Behavioral Neurology Locums Physician - California, Outpatient Memory Clinic
Join a leading Neurology practice in California, offering a unique opportunity for locum tenens physicians near San Francisco.
Highlights
- No call required, allowing for more personal time
- Outpatient only, with a focus on adult patients
- Work alongside a dedicated support team, including LVNs and neuropsychologists
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical trial referrals
Practice Setting
- Outpatient specialty group focused on Neurology with subspecialties
- Collaborative environment with access to the Advanced Therapeutics for Alzheimer's Disease Review Board
Schedule
- Monday to Friday schedule with approximately 36 clinical hours per week
- Assignments available with flexible start dates, credentialing pending
Cases and Procedures
- Manage memory disorders and dementia care
- Conduct 4-5 new memory/cognitive evaluations and follow-up visits daily
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care and make clinical trial referral
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Neurology/Psychiatry
- California state licensure required
