Behavioral Neurology Locums Physician in California - Outpatient Memory Care
Outpatient-only behavioral neurology locums near San Francisco; no call, strong support team, and flexible start in 2026.
Highlights
- Monday to Friday schedule; no nights, no weekends
- ~36 clinical hours per week, outpatient only
- Dedicated neuropsychologists, LVNs, RNs, and social work team
- All travel and lodging included
Practice Setting
- Memory clinic at a large California medical center
- Supported by Sutter's Advanced Therapeutics for Alzheimer's Disease Review Board
- EPIC EMR
- 11 neurologists and 3 APPs on site
Schedule
- Weekdays only, 8 am to 5 pm
- No call or after-hours responsibilities
- Credentialing timeline: 90 to 120 days
Cases and Procedures
- 4 to 5 new memory evaluations and 4 to 5 follow-ups per day
- Dementia, MCI, Alzheimer's disease, cognitive disorders
- Coordinate care and clinical trial referrals
- No interventional procedures required
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years) in Neurology or Psychiatry
- Active California medical license
- BLS required
Travel Accommodations
- All travel, lodging, car rental, and mileage fully covered
- Sacramento-based, within reach of San Francisco and Napa
