Open to H1 and J1 visas. This large and respected multi-specialty group is looking for a physician to join one of their satellite offices. Position: - Join one other - Work Schedule (average): 8: 30 a.m. – 4: 30 p.m., Monday – Friday (1/2 day off per week) - Call Schedule – Call is not busy with only rare evening phone calls, Only 1 hospital to cover, hospital consults seen at end of usual clinic day - Average of none to three consults a week - Office Visits: 12-15 pts a day - 20 minute rechecks and 1 hour for new patients - Typical pts: Headaches, MS, Epilepsy, Parkinsons – new-dizziness, dementia, etc., chronic-rechecks - Procedures: EMG, EEG, Botox, Infusion Center to treat migraines and MS in department for monitoring - Clinical Services/Equipment Imaging Center – X-Ray, Ultrasound (Sonography), Echocardiography, MRI, CT, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Bone Densitometry, Laboratory, Physical Therapy, Willmar Surgery Center, Occupational Medicine, Optometry, Bariatrics/Weight Control Center, ACCEL Fitness Program, Sports Medicine, Hearing & Balance Center, Health & Learning Center, Geriatrics, Wound Clinic - Specialty Support – Inhouse Allergy/Asthma, Anesthesiology, Audiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Nephrology (summer ’ 09), Neurology, Oncology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Psychology, Urgent Care, Urology - Specialty Support – Visiting Cardiology, Cardiac Electrophysiology, Endocrinology, Hematology, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedic Hand Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, Pacemaker Clinic, Pain Management, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Endocrinology, Pediatric Pulmonology, Perinatology, Physiatry, Plastic Surgery, Pulmonology, Rheumatology Facility: - Level 2 NICU - 8 ICCU beds - Emergency, Trauma, Advanced Cardiac Life Support - 24/7 Physician Coverage via Acute Care of Iowa - Tertiary Care – Minneapolis, MN, 100 miles away
