• Focus only on non-emergency consults and outpatient
• Call schedule shared among physicians and tele-neurology network
• Hospital utilizes stroke call protocol managed by telemedicine team
• Primary care teams and specialist team provide a network of providers for all patients
• Hospitalists would take first call then page neurologist if needed
