Vidant Medical Group, located in Greenville, NC, is seeking a B/C or B/E Neurologist to join 4 Neurologists in a new outpatient neurology practice. Candidates with subspecialty interest or fellowship training in Movement Disorder, Neuromuscular or MS are encouraged to apply. [Register to View] , a 974-bed level 1 trauma facility, serves as the regional leader for Neurosciences and is the only Comprehensive Stroke Center in eastern North Carolina.

[Register to View] is located 80 miles west of the beautiful [Register to View] and 80 miles east of Raleigh.

Highlights include:

  • Opportunities exist for outpatient only or an inpatient/outpatient combination
  • The existing neuroscience team consists of 9 neurosurgeons, including 3 dual-trained cerebrovascular neurosurgeons, an interventional neurologist, a neuro-oncologist, stroke neurohospitalists, neurologists, neurointensivists, and a large team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
  • Monday – Friday schedule for outpatient, practice call only

  • Strong inpatient support at Vidant Medical Center
  • Vidant Medical Center is home to a 24-bed NSICU led by Neurointensivist as well as a large rehab center providing both inpatient and outpatient support to neurology patients
