**Neurology opening in Quincy Illinois** 2 hours to St Louis; 3 hours to Kansas City; 1.5 hours to Springfield IL Service area of 100,000 people University town Full time, permanent position Employed Salary Range: $310,000 - $375,000 Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 ($100K if no educational loan) Productivity Bonus Base salary plus WRVU Group Description: # Neurologist & Subspecialties We have 2 Neurologist, one is full time and splits his time with in and outpatient. The other is a full time Neurohospitalist. We need another for in/outpatient. % of inpatient and/or outpatient: 75% clinic/outpatient 25% hospital/inpatient Work Schedule: M-F, 8-5 Call Schedule: 10 days of call per month. We have 1 other Neurologist in the community that helps cover hospital call. Tele-neurology in the Blessing Hospital ED for helping to manage stroke patients / administer TPA. Procedure Required: None required, Botox helpful Patient Census (# and time per new and/or follow up patient) 6 consults per day (hospitalist see/manage patients once admitted), 15-20 outpatients per day Headache/Seizures Stoke We have an Inpatient Rehab Unit MS Epilepsy Sleep Studies Academic Affiliation No we do have SIU Family Residents complete rotations within our Health System EMR All Scripts Key Selling Points / Community Selling Points The city of Quincy, Illinois is located on the bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River and is renowned for its natural beauty, preservation of its exceptional stock of Victorian Era homes, and its highly developed programs in the arts.
