A hospital in New Jersey is seeking a neurologist who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately four months starting in late March, with chance of extension. On a typical day, patient count will vary, but are all adults. Cases include, but are not limited to, management of patients with conditions that require neurocritical care, work collaboratively with the stroke team, neurosurgery and acute care surgery, and provide attending coverage as a neuro-interventionalist. The provider will also perform endovascular interventional treatments. The provider will work a time schedule 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday in clinic as well as be on 24 hour call. This facility uses SCM EMR.
