Academic Neurologists in Kentucky

We are seeking neurologists who are board certified or board eligible in Multiple Sclerosis or Headache, from either academic or private practice backgrounds. Multiple Sclerosis Opportunity

  • Board certified or board eligible in neurology
  • Fellowship trained in MS, or demonstration of equivalent experience
  • Access to state-of-the-art radiological and physiological testing for diagnosed or potential multiple sclerosis patients
  • The MS Clinic carries the prestigious National Multiple Sclerosis Society Clinic designation and provides advanced level diagnostic skills, and sophisticated management for complex patients with MS that are unresponsive to platform therapies
  • Daily teaching of medical students and residents
  • Flexible scheduling for clinical time and administrative time
Headache Opportunity
  • Board certified or board eligible in neurology
  • Fellowship trained in Headache, or demonstration of equivalent experience
  • This position will include some general inpatient neurology, in addition to headache.
  • Excellent, experienced support staff—APPs see all return patients
  • The Headache Center is the only comprehensive headache program in the state that has been accredited by the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties.
  • Work collaboratively with other experts in neurology including neuro-ophthalmology, neurosurgery, orofacial pain, interventional pain management, plastic surgery, and ENT to manage difficult and painful headaches
  • Work in the largest BOTOX treatment center in the state
  • Flexible scheduling for clinical time and administrative time
  • Both opportunities have the ability to contribute to research programs and to carry out service to the Department, College, University, and community
