  • Level II trauma setting
Assignment Details Start/end: Mid-December 2026/January 2027; ongoing Schedule: 14-21 24-hour beeper call shifts/month Coverage type: Inpatient call only Volume: TBD Setting: Inpatient; Level II trauma center; stroke certified Support: 1 RN, 3 MAs, 2 APPs and 5 office staff EMR: Epic Credentialing: ~90 days Clinical Details Required scope: Adult general and trauma neurosurgery Required scope: VP shunt Required scope: Cervical, thoracic and lumbar spinal surgery with instrumentation Required scope: Cervical, thoracic and lumbar spinal surgery without instrumentation Required scope: ICP monitor placement Preferred scope: Tumor and neuroendocrine surgery Preferred scope: External traction Beeper call with 20-minute response time Requirements Board certified in Neurological Surgery License: WA or IMLC; active licensure required ACLS and BLS Active DEA Compensation Rate caps apply per facility Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
