Locums | Neurology | Egg Harbor Township, NJ (any state license accepted) Why This Role

  • No call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays
  • Board eligible welcome
  • Outpatient general neurology only
  • Ongoing until permanent hire — locums-to-perm potential
Assignment Details Start/end: ASAP, ongoing until a permanent neurologist is hired Schedule: Monday-Friday ~8a-5p; full-time preferred, minimum 3 consistent days/week; no call, nights, weekends, or holidays Coverage type: Outpatient clinic only Volume: ~14-18 patients/day (approx. 3-5 new, 10-13 follow-up) Setting: 100% outpatient; adult (60%) and geriatric (40%); rotates across three locations (Egg Harbor Township, Hammonton, Atlantic City), one site per day, coordinated in advance Support: Interdisciplinary neuroscience team and established referral network EMR: Cerner/Oracle Fusion Credentialing: ~90-120 days Clinical Details Required scope: Evaluate and manage new and established adult and geriatric general neurology patients — headache and migraine, seizure disorders, neuropathy, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, cognitive disorders, post-stroke follow-up; review imaging, labs, and outside records; order diagnostic testing and manage medications; coordinate care with PCPs, APPs, and specialists Willingness to rotate among the three outpatient locations required Requirements Board certified or truly board eligible in Neurology (ABPN or AOBNP) License: any state accepted (NJ obtained during credentialing); NJ CDS required in addition to DEA BLS Active DEA Compensation Rate negotiable, open to your number Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
