  • Ongoing inpatient call coverage
  • Consistent schedule of 14‚Äì21 shifts per month

  • Adult general and trauma neurosurgery
  • Established APP and clinical support
  • Epic EMR ###
Assignment Details Location: Richland, Washington Start Date: Mid-December 2026 or January 2027 Duration: Ongoing Commitment: 14–21 shifts per month Shift: 24-hour beeper call Setting: Inpatient Response Time: 20 minutes Phone Consultations: Required Credentialing: Approximately 90 days EMR: Epic ### Requirements Board certified in Neurological Surgery Active Washington medical license or IMLC eligibility Active DEA registration Active ACLS and BLS certifications Adult general neurosurgery Trauma neurosurgery VP shunt procedures Placement of ICP monitors Instrumented and non-instrumented spinal surgery: - Cervical - Thoracic - Lumbar ### Preferred Skills Tumor surgery Neuroendocrine surgery Application of external traction ### Clinical Details Level II trauma setting Adult inpatient neurosurgical call coverage Support includes: - One RN - Three Medical Assistants - Two NPs/PAs - Five office staff members No APP or resident supervision required Endovascular procedures, aneurysm clipping, and skull-base surgery are not required
