### Locums | Neurohospitalist | St. Louis, MO (MO License or IMLC) ### Why This Role

  • Ongoing inpatient Neurohospitalist coverage
  • Predictable 7-on/7-off schedule
  • Day shifts only with no call

  • Temporary privileges available
  • Epic EMR ###
Assignment Details Location: St. Louis, Missouri Start Date: As soon as credentialed Duration: Ongoing; currently authorized through December 31, 2027 Schedule: Seven days on/seven days off Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Setting: Inpatient Call: None Overnight Coverage: Virtual Neurology covers 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Patient Volume: Approximately 10–15 patients per shift Credentialing: Approximately 30 days Temporary Privileges: Available EMR: Epic ### Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist Active Missouri medical license or IMLC eligibility Active ACLS and BLS certifications Experience managing neurological consultations and stroke patients Ability to supervise advanced practice providers ### Preferred Skills Ability to perform nerve-conduction studies and EMGs ### Clinical Details Inpatient neurological consultations Acute stroke evaluation and management Rounding on assigned patients Level II trauma setting Two APPs provide weekday support Potential APP coverage on weekends No resident or teaching supervision required No admitting responsibilities
