We are seeking a Board-Certified Neurologist (MD/DO) for a flexible locum assignment providing both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital coverage.
Specialty: Neurology
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Patient Population: Adults / 17+
EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Outpatient neurology consultations
Hospital-based neurology coverage
Neurological evaluations and treatment
EEG and EMG
Phone consultation and management of urgent neurological concerns
Qualifications
Board Certified in Neurology
Minimum 1 year of experience
Active Washington medical license in hand at presentation; IMLC will be considered
BLS & ACLS
Epic EMR experience
Minimum 100 relevant clinical cases in the past 24 months
Must be able to provide both inpatient and outpatient services
Working Hours
Coverage: Approximately 1 week per month
Call: 24-hour unrestricted call during the coverage week
Call Coverage: Preferably 3–5 days of call
Call Volume: Approximately 0–4 calls/texts per 24 hours, generally managed by phone
In-house consults: Required when onsite
