Healthcare United is seeking an Outpatient Neurology Physician to join an established and well-supported practice in East Central Illinois. This position is 100% outpatient with no call and no inpatient responsibilities. A separate two-neurologist team covers all inpatient services.

The position offers a $425,000+ base salary with a two-year guarantee followed by uncapped RVU-based compensation. Additional benefits include a $75,000 sign-on bonus, retention incentive, CME support, comprehensive insurance, pension benefits, relocation assistance, and paid malpractice coverage. New graduates and physicians with future availability are welcome.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurologic evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing management
• Treat a broad range of neurological conditions in a clinic-based setting
• Collaborate with four advanced practice providers to improve patient access
• Coordinate care with the inpatient neurology team when appropriate
• Interpret and coordinate neurodiagnostic testing
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty physicians
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Deliver patient-focused, quality-driven care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Eligible for or actively holding an Illinois medical license
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with future availability will be considered
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Visa sponsorship is not available

Working Hours

• Full-time outpatient schedule
• No call responsibilities
• No inpatient coverage
• Clinic located within the hospital building
