Join a respected multi-specialty eye care practice where Optometrists are empowered to practice full-scope optometry alongside a collaborative team of eye care specialists
Details:
• Base salary of $150K w/ earning potential exceeding $250K+
• Immediate volume & strong community demand
• Flexible patient volume designed to support quality care & physician satisfaction
• Optional compensated call opportunities for additional income
• Highly trained technicians provide support w/ workups, refractions, testing, & scribing
• Collaborative care model w/ direct access to ophthalmologists for consultation & co-management
• Strong referral network & well-established reputation throughout the region
Scope of Practice:
• Manage a diverse mix of routine & medical eye care patients
• Diagnose & treat glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, dry eye, ocular infections, corneal abrasions, & elevated IOP
• Independently manage non-surgical ocular conditions at the top of your license
• Provide post-operative care and co-manage surgical patients w/ ophthalmology colleagues
• Perform in-office procedures including punctal plug insertion, foreign body removal, & epilation
• Opportunity to build a medical optometry focus while maintaining routine vision care services
