Shift(s) Description: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Coverage Dates:
- ASAP – Ongoing
Practice Details:
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Reason for Coverage: Vacancy – Long-Term Permanent Search
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
- EMR System: Epic
- Patients Per Shift: 12–16
Additional Details:
- Full-time coverage preferred.
- Multiple providers accepted for long-term consistent coverage.
- Bread-and-butter neurology practice seeing patients with migraines, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, follow-up stroke, seizures, neuropathy, and related conditions.
- Provider should be comfortable continuing minimal opioid stable patient medication management.
- Migraine treatment with Botox is a plus.
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Neurology (Required)
- Wisconsin License or IMLC (Required)
- BLS Required
- Fellowship Preferred
