Permanent Physician - Neurology

Position Type: Permanent
Specialty: Physician - Neurology
Location: Albany, NY
Shift: Monday – Friday (Outpatient Clinic)

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult Neurology Patients
Setting: Outpatient Clinic with Inpatient Rounding and Consultation
Responsibilities: Provide general neurology care, perform inpatient rounding and consultations, perform EMG/NCS and EEG procedures, read sleep studies as available, participate in shared rotational call, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor new graduates.
Required Procedures: EMG/NCS, EEG, and general neurology procedures
Days Per Month: Full-Time
On-Call/Weekends: Shared rotational call among providers

Submission Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Neurology
  • New York State Medical License (or willing to obtain)
  • DEA License
  • Ability to perform EMG/NCS and EEG
