Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: 9am-4:30pm, 3-5 days per week starting June 8th. 8 guaranteed hours per day with OT after 9 hours per day. No call.
- Job Setting: Ambulatory outpatient clinic
- Types of Cases: Outpatient neurology services, 13-15 patient encounters per shift. Provider will assess patients, complete charting by EOD, and follow up on test/lab results. Botulinum toxin administration required.
- Credentialing: Payor credentialing required but provider can start without and bill under a modifier. No privileges needed. Estimated credentialing timeframe: 1 day. Interview required.
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency
- Certifications:
- Licensure: Active CA license and CA DEA
