Description
We are seeking a Board-Certified Neurologist to join a dynamic outpatient care team in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time opportunity focuses on neurological evaluation and management of patients recovering from traumatic injuries, particularly Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). The role offers flexibility and the option to perform remote intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) while working alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient recovery and rehabilitation.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and manage neurological disorders, including TBI cases
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Optionally perform remote intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM)
- Support patient recovery and rehabilitation outcomes
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Neurology
- Active Illinois medical license or eligibility
- Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care approach
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Working Hours
- Part-Time
- 1 full day per week or 2 half days per week
