Neurologist New Market / Frederick, MD
Establish your clinical legacy by helping build a brand-new Neurology department from the ground up. Join a premier, physician-owned group that offers a true alternative to corporate medicine. We are seeking a visionary Neurologist to lead this expansion, offering the unique opportunity to shape the departments growth while benefiting from the massive support system of an established primary care network.
- Build and Lead a Department: Help define the scope of our new Neurology division. You will have the autonomy to determine your range of services (EMG, EEG, etc.) with the full backing of our internal primary care base.
- Path to Partnership & Ownership: Eligibility for partnership after just two years with an internally financed buy-in. Partners are key decision-makers who enjoy equal shares and additional income from ancillary margins.
- Quality Patient Volume: Maintain a manageable schedule of 1012 patients per day, with 45-minute new patient blocks and 30-minute follow-ups to ensure comprehensive care.
- Strategic Growth: Initially based in New Market, with plans to relocate the department to a larger dedicated hub in Frederick as the team expands.
- Advanced Support: Focus on clinical excellence with dedicated MA support and a supportive administrative infrastructure.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Neurology.
- Completion of a Neurology Residency is required; subspecialty fellowship training is welcomed.
- All experience levels are encouraged to apply, particularly those with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- State licensure and board certification are required.
