🏥 Practice Overview

• Outpatient clinical setting focused on injury evaluation and rehabilitation

• Collaborative multidisciplinary team including specialists in pain management and rehabilitation

• Established patient referrals and consistent case volume

📅 Schedule

• Part-Time Independent Contractor

• 1 full day per week or 2 half days per week

• Flexible scheduling available

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neurological evaluations

• Diagnose and manage neurological conditions, with emphasis on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

• Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee follow-up care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to coordinate patient care

• Optionally participate in remote Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM)

• Support patients’ recovery and rehabilitation goals

• Board-Certified Neurologist

• Active Illinois medical license or eligibility

• Experience in TBI evaluation and management preferred
