Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Provider will work 8-5 Monday-Friday. Schedule will be minimum two weeks per month, up to full time coverage.
Work Details:
· Support staff:
· Patients per shift: 15
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: EEG (Electroencephalogram), Brain death exam - Epic, referrals, and must be able to complete new patient appointments in 40 minutes and 20 minute follow up appointments once established into our clinic processes.
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
