- Other details: The facility which stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There is an average of 15 patients per shift. We are seeking a provider to start in May or June, or as soon as credentialed, to work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with a schedule of at least two weeks per month and the potential for full-time coverage. The provider must have experience with Epic and managing referrals, be able to complete new patient appointments in 40 minutes and follow-up appointments in 20 minutes according to clinic processes, and be proficient in reading EEGs.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage referrals and coordinate care within clinic processes
* Interpret EEGs and incorporate findings into patient care
Qualifications
* Experience with Epic electronic medical records
* Proven ability to manage new and established patient visits efficiently
Working Hours
* Minimum two weeks per month, with potential for full-time coverage
* Start date in May/June or as soon as credentialed
Skills
* Proficiency in Epic EMR and referral management
* Ability to read and interpret EEGs
* Efficient time management for patient appointments
