Coverage Needed
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, minimum two weeks per month, up to full-time coverage
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Inpatient and Outpatient Required: Yes

- Patients Per Shift: 15
- Trauma Level: 3
- Support Staff: RN: 2, MA: 3
- Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes
- Required Skills: EEG reading, Brain Death Exam, Referrals, New Patient Appointments (40 minutes), Follow-up Appointments (20 minutes)
Requirements
- Board Certification Required
- Fellowship Preferred
- License: Licensed in WA or IMLC
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
