Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Setting: Outpatient Neurology Practice
Schedule: 4 days/week – Outpatient Clinic & 1 day/week (Friday) – Administrative Responsibilities
No weekends/on-call requirements
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible outpatient neurologist to help build a newly established service line in the community. -The physician will be seeing patients in an outpatient clinic with no inpatient responsibilities. This is a full-time outpatient role offering a balanced schedule with dedicated administrative time and strong earning potential.
The ideal candidate is clinically confident, patient-focused, and comfortable managing a variety of neurological conditions in an outpatient setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological care
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- See approximately 14–16 patients per day (half new, half follow-up visits)
- Participate in care coordination and administrative duties one day per week
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Open to new graduates
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Active DEA (or ability to obtain)
- 50% employer subsidy toward individual health insurance premium
- Performance Bonus: Up to $150,000 per year (paid every 4 months based on productivity and performance metrics)
- 3 weeks paid time off during the first year
- Performance bonuses paid every 4 months
- No call and no weekend responsibilities
