- Schedule: May 28 at 8a - June 1 at 8a and Dec 21 at 8a - Dec 28 at 8a
- Job Setting: Inpatient
- Types of Cases: 100% Adult, 100% Inpatient, 8-10 hospital-based patients per day, 24-hour call
- Credentialing: A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
- Certifications: Board Certified
- Licensure: Active IN license
