Permanent Full Time - Neurologist - Ashtabula, OH - OH license / Willing to obtain

Job Description:

• Provider will be expected to see 15-20 patients per day (non-negotiable).
• Full-time negotiable schedule
• On call 10 days per month
• 100% adult population of patients
• 0-5% trauma-based
• 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient, 0% rehab, 0% sleep (negotiable)
• 50 Physicians in the group with 10 APP
• Lab onsite
• X-Ray onsite
• Ancillary Office Staff: 1 EMG tec, 1 LPN, Shared Receptionist
• Equipment: EMG
• EMR - EPIC
• Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
• Not accepting Locums candidates
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely

• Days (schedule is negotiable) + On call

Weekend Requirements:

• 10 days per month

On Call Requirements:

• 10 days per month

Experience with:

• EMG
• EEG
• Lumbar puncture
• Muscle biopsy
• Brain death exam
• Botox injections

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Neurology
• OH license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
