Locums | Neurology | Clinic + Call | Richland, WA (IMLC eligibility) Why This Role

  • Ongoing neurology coverage supporting scheduling needs
  • Balanced outpatient and inpatient practice with optional call
  • Opportunity to support MS care in a stroke-certified facility
Assignment Details Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call Start date: ASAP or as soon as credentialed End date: Ongoing Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm Availability: Up to full time with a minimum of two weeks per month Practice setting: Outpatient and inpatient Patients per shift: Approximately 15 Admissions required: No Call type: Beeper Call expectation: One week per month preferred, Monday–Monday Call response time: 20 minutes EMR: Epic Clinical Details General neurology coverage with outpatient clinic focus Experience treating Multiple Sclerosis required EEG interpretation required Brain death examinations required EMG, NCV, and evoked potentials preferred Support from nursing and medical assistant staff Clinic visit structure includes 40-minute new patient visits and 20-minute follow-ups Requirements Board certified neurologist Active Washington license or IMLC eligibility Hospital privileges required Certification with the TOUCH Prescribing Program to prescribe Tysabri required Experience with Epic required Ability to meet clinic visit time standards No supervision of advanced practice providers required Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
