Locums – Massachusetts, Neurologist Job - Remote Case Studies

A remote locum tenens opportunity is available for a Neurologist with Epileptology expertise to support clinical research case studies. This role focuses on epilepsy-related clinical studies and offers flexible weekly hour commitments.

• Start Date: February 23

• Work Type: Remote

• Coverage Needed: 1–2 providers

• Ideal Schedule: 40 hours per week

• Minimum Availability: 20 hours per week

• Standard 5 shifts

• Night shift: 7:00pm–7:00am (8 hours)

• Review and support remote neurological case studies

• Participate in clinical research activities related to epilepsy

• Contribute to FDA-regulated study protocols

• Board-certified Neurologist with Epileptology specialization – Required

• Clinical studies experience – Required

• Experience treating focal epilepsy – Required

  • Focal epilepsy involves seizures originating from a localized area of one brain hemisphere

  • The POWER2 study evaluates an investigational medication as a potential treatment for focal onset seizures in adults under FDA requirements

• Must hold at least 25 active state licenses – Required
