Turkey Creek Medical Center, part of Tennova Healthcare, a five-hospital network based in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a BE/BC, experienced Neurosurgeon to join a well-respected, high-volume practice in East Tennessee.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a thriving neurosurgical practice with strong institutional support, a broad case mix, and an exceptional quality of life in one of Tennessee’s fastest-growing communities.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Busy, established neurosurgery practice
  • Broad neurosurgical case mix
  • Inpatient consults, surgical interventions, and outpatient clinic visits
  • Neurosurgery call coverage with APP support
  • Call Coverage: 10 days a month
  • Practice across:
  • Orthopedic clinic and multispecialty clinic collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $825,000 - $875,000 (based on experience)
  • Compensation aligned with MGMA guidelines
  • WRVU-based incentive bonus
