Other Details:
- We are seeking providers who are experienced with treating Multiple Sclerosis. We need providers who are certified with the TOUCH Prescribing Program to prescribe Tysabri.
- Needing coverage starting April/May or as soon as credentialed.
- Provider will work 8-5 Monday-Friday with one week of call per month (Monday-Monday).
- Provider required to be able to read EEGs.
- Schedule will be up to full-time, minimum two weeks per month.
- A call is not required, but it will be helpful if the provider can take one week per month (Monday-Monday).
- Provider needs to be experienced with Epic and must be able to complete new patient appointments in 40 minutes and 20-minute follow-up appointments once established in our clinic processes.
- OT after 40 hours per week
