Join a dynamic outpatient clinic in the role of a locum tenens neurologist, providing expert care to patients with a focus on Multiple Sclerosis treatment. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your certified skills with the TOUCH Prescribing Program for Tysabri, while performing EEG readings. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with an optional on-call week each month. Engage with a diverse adult patient population in the vibrant city of Richland, WA, starting as soon as credentialed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide neurological care with a focus on Multiple Sclerosis
  • Prescribe Tysabri under the TOUCH Prescribing Program
  • Read and interpret EEGs
  • Complete new patient appointments in 40 minutes and follow-up in 20 minutes

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Neurologist
  • Experience with Multiple Sclerosis and certified in the TOUCH Prescribing Program
  • Proficient with Epic EMR
  • Ability to complete patient encounters efficiently

Working Hours

  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Optional on-call: one week per month

Skills

  • EEG interpretation required
  • Experience with EMG, NCV, and peripheral nerve blocks preferred
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR system
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
