We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist for a locum tenens assignment providing adult inpatient neurology coverage in a hospital setting. This opportunity offers a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule, low patient volume, and strong team support, making it ideal for neurologists seeking balanced clinical work in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage hospitalized neurology patients
• Collaborate with onsite neurologists and advanced practice providers
• Document patient care using the Epic EMR system
• Participate in hospital-based consultations as needed
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
Qualifications
• Active Ohio medical license required (IMLC not accepted due to credentialing timeline)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Clean background with no malpractice history (required)
• Ability to commit to full credentialing timeframe (~120 days)
Working Hours
• Rotation: Wednesday – Tuesday
• Coverage Model: 7 days on / 7 days off
• Weekend Coverage: Included within rotation
• On Call: Not required
Skills
