Excellent locum opportunity for a Board-Certified Neurologist to provide 100% inpatient adult neurology coverage at a well-supported hospital setting. This role offers competitive on-call compensation, collaborative team support, and Epic EMR.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient neurology consultations
• Manage adult neurology patients (10–20+ per day)
• Perform and interpret EEG, EMG, and radiologic exams (unofficial)
• Administer thrombolytic therapy
• Conduct brain death examinations
• Participate in rotating weekday and weekend on-call coverage
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Neurology
• Active Ohio medical license (IMLC accepted)
• ACLS certification
• Clean NPDB (self-query within 30 days)
• Availability in Sept–Oct 2026
Working Hours
• 24-hour on-call shifts
• Rotating weekday and weekend call
• Coverage needed through Sept/Oct
Skills
• Strong inpatient neurology expertise
• EEG & EMG interpretation
• Acute stroke management
• Team-based patient care
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
