Job description
We are seeking a Telehealth Cognitive Care Neurologist to deliver expert, compassionate care to patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders through a fully virtual model, expanding access to specialized neurology care nationwide.
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. You will also serve as a clinical leader, supervising APPs across multiple states and ensuring compliance with clinical and telehealth standards.
Compensation & Benefits: $260,000 - $276,000 plus full benefits
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
- Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology or equivalent clinical experience strongly preferred
- Board Certification in Neurology
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders
- Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
- Strong clinical expertise in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent communication skills across virtual patient, family, and team interactions
- Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and continuous professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology
- Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice model
- Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging treatments for Alzheimer’s disease
- Experience working within integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
