- Rotates 7-8 days w/ other neurohospitalist
• Call Schedule: Nights & 24-hr calls
- Split for the month
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Response Time: 30 mins
• Call Coverage: Telestroke call & General Neurology (non stroke/tpa services)
• Patient Volume: 15 per day
- 4-5 per day Neurology consults; 4-5 per day Telestroke.
• Support Staff: 1 NP/PA
• Required Procedures: EEG reading and interpretation & continuous EEG Comfort with acute stroke management.
• Equipment: EEG and continuous EEG
Comprehensive Stroke Center (DNV)
• EMR: Cerner
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active TX License
• BC
• BLS
• NPDB Report (if not a clean record)
