Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Full-time negotiable schedule
- Job Setting: 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient; multispecialty group practice with 60+ employed providers (21 primary care); 50 Physicians in the group with 10 APPs
- Types of Cases: 15-20 patients per day; 100% adult population; 0-5% trauma-based; procedures include lumbar puncture, muscle biopsy, EEG, brain death exam, EMG, Botox
- Credentialing: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (by time of start)
- Licensure: Ohio license (or willing to obtain); DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
Additional Details
- On call 10 days per month
- Affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic
- EMR: EPIC
- Equipment: EMG
- Lab onsite, X-Ray onsite
- Ancillary Office Staff: 1 EMG tech, 1 LPN, Shared Receptionist
- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
- Not accepting Locums candidates
Compensation and Benefits
- Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines
- Sign on bonus - negotiable
- Relocation allowance
- 3-year contract structure: Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
- $5000 CME credit
