- Location: Illinois
- Setting: Both - Stoke certified center; utilize Teleneurology for all stroke, If patient is admitted through hospitalist program Neurology consult will be placed.
- Patient Volume: 7-10 patients/day. Afternoon rounding in hospital as consulted. volume varies: 3-4 consults per day
- Will split time between morning clinic, afternoon hospital rounds and call. Clinic is 4 hours (8am-12p).
- EMR: EPIC
- Requirements: Board Certified, Active IL License
