Practice Setting: outpatient and inpatient opportunities Reason for Coverage: Physician shortage Dates of Coverage: Immediately 60-90 days to credential OngoingSchedule Shifts and Hours: varies from inpatient and outpatientCall Schedule: IP 7 days at a time 5a-5p Practice is Adult no Pediatric practice.Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 10Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: variesOther Neurologists will be Present During Locum's Assignment - YesPhysicians in the Group: 1 Advanced Practice Providers in the Group: 1 X-Ray and Lab Onsite Office Ancillary Staff: 1 office manager 1 RN 2 MA's 2 Front desk.Documentation System/EMR: Epic Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 daysFacility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight Hotel Rental Car
