Shift: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Additional Details:
- Need for a Neurologist to cover outpatient clinic in Decatur, IL
- 3 days per week, provider can choose any 3 days (Monday–Friday); 8-hour shifts

Support Staff:
- 1 shared RN
- 1–2 MAs
- Multiple office staff
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Eligible - REQUIRED
- Active IL license or IMLC - REQUIRED
- BLS/ACLS/ABLS - REQUIRED
