  • End Date: Ongoing
  • Scheduled Clinic Hours plus No Call
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Outpatient

Qualifications

-Licensed in IL or IMLC
-ACLS and BLS Required
-Fellowship preferred

Working Hours

Looking for a neurologist to assist with outpatient clinic 3 days per week for the foreseeable future. This would be a Monday - Friday schedule, 8 hours each day. The provider can pick their 3 days they work based on their preference.
