A leading health system serving Northwest and Central Ohio is seeking a full-time or part-time Neurologist to join its collaborative and well-supported team. This role offers exceptional scheduling flexibility, allowing physicians to tailor their hours and patient mix to meet both personal and professional goals. Dates / Schedule

  • Flexible Scheduling Options:

    • Part-time or full-time (2–5 days/week; 8-, 10-, or 12-hour days)

    • Week-on/week-off:

      • Mon–Thu: 7:00 am–7:00 pm

      • Fri: 7:00 am–5:00 pm

      • Sat: 4 hours

    • Twelve (12) 10-hour days per 28-day block

  • Practice Model:

    • 100% outpatient (with optional inpatient consults)

    • Outpatient call 1:3 (first call by APPs)

Job Details / Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient neurology services with the option to perform inpatient consults

  • Ability to choose patient mix and practice at the top of license

  • Perform outpatient EEGs and inpatient EMGs

  • Work alongside a full complement of medical and surgical specialties

  • Join an accredited and award-winning organization including:

    • CPC Accredited Chest Pain Center

    • AHA/ASA Advanced Primary Stroke Center Certification

    • Gold Plus “Get With The Guidelines–Stroke” recognition

    • Joint Commission Acute Stroke Ready Certification (Bluffton Hospital)

  • Access to weekly onsite CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network educational resources

  • Collaborate with 24-hour in-house hospitalist and intensivist teams

  • Opportunity to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees

  • Supportive environment open to residents, fellows, and experienced neurologists

  • Not accepting locums or visa candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology (must become BC within 5 years of residency completion)

  • Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain)

  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start; no exemptions)

  • Clean malpractice and licensure history

  • Confirmation of:

    • Selected schedule option
    • Whether visa support is required (J1/H1B)
