👥 Practice Details:

Patient Demographics: 95% Adult, 5% Pediatric

Patient Load: 16–18 office patients per day (~7.2 clinical hours)

Neurologists on site: 3 Physicians

Advanced Practice Providers: None

Onsite Facilities: Lab, X-ray

Support Staff:
👩⚕️ 1 RN Navigator
💉 4 Medical Assistants (MAs)
📞 3 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) -
Documentation System: Epic EMR

Trauma Level: 2
⚙️ Clinical Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology – Required

BLS Certification – Required

Procedures:
🧪 Radiologic Exam Interpretation
⚡ EMG (Electromyogram)
💉 Botulinum Toxin (Botox) Administration

Existing Michigan medical license highly preferred
💰 Pay Rate:
Pay Rate: $290/hr
