Tele-Neurologist (mTBI & Diagnostic Evaluations) – Florida License Required

Position Overview

Alina Telehealth is seeking a Florida-licensed Neurologist to perform telehealth neurological evaluations with a focus on concussion (mTBI) assessment, cognitive diagnostics, and post-treatment follow-up.
This fully remote diagnostic role is ideal for neurologists comfortable with neurocognitive testing, interpreting multi-modal diagnostic data, and providing clear clinical recommendations.

This is not a treatment-heavy role — the primary focus is evaluation, interpretation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Initial Neurological Evaluation

• Conduct comprehensive neurological exams, including mTBI assessments

• Administer or review CNS Vital Signs (CNSVS) testing

• Provide detailed written reports with diagnostic impressions and care recommendations

2. Diagnostic Review & Determination

• Interpret results from:

  • CNS Vital Signs (CNSVS)

  • QEEG

  • Balance testing

  • RightEye eye-tracking

  • Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) testing

• Formulate diagnostic conclusions and develop evidence-based care plans

3. Follow-Up Evaluation

• Conduct post-treatment or post-intervention evaluations

• Provide updated recommendations based on patient progress

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Florida medical license (MD/DO)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology

• Experience with concussion, mTBI, or neurodiagnostic testing preferred

• Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills

• Comfortable interpreting multi-modal diagnostic data
