- Dates: January 2026 and is an ongoing need
- Schedule/Shift Times: 24-hour shifts, 3 clinic days per week (12-hour clinic days with night call)
- Weekends: No clinic, call coverage only
- Must be available for a minimum of 7 consecutive shifts (more preferred)
- EMR: Epic
- Certifications: IL license, BC, DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS
- Full & Temp privs available
- Estimated 60 day credentialing
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Must have a clean background
