Stroke Neurologist / Neurohospitalist – Baltimore, MD Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology Completion of Neurology residency and Stroke fellowship We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Stroke Neurologist / Neurohospitalist to join a growing center of excellence in Baltimore, Maryland. This full-time, employed position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with strong APP support, access to advanced technology, and involvement in teaching and research. ________________________________________ Position Highlights: • Employed, full-time role based in Baltimore, MD, with hospital and Tele-Neuro coverage across multiple sites. • Join a comprehensive Brain & Spine Institute consisting of 15 Neurologists, including a Stroke team of 5 physicians and over 25 APPs. • Supported by 24/7 Neurocritical Care Service and 24/7 APP coverage. • RAPID imaging software available at all practice sites. • Call shared evenly among the Stroke Neurology team. • Opportunities for research and teaching residents. • Participation in weekly stroke vascular conferences and bi-weekly CME meetings. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • MD or DO from an accredited medical school. • Completion of Neurology residency and Stroke fellowship. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology. • Eligible for an unrestricted Maryland medical license. • Current DEA license. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Highly engaged and committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. ________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits: • Base salary: $300,000–$350,000 (based on specialty, board status, and experience). • Additional compensation through wRVU and quality incentives. • Comprehensive benefits package, including: o Relocation reimbursement o Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance o 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans o Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) o Paid time off and CME allowance (5 days, up to $2,500) o Liability insurance with tail coverage o Reimbursement for medical staff dues and credentialing fees o Discounted membership at a 70,000 sq. ft. health and fitness center o Free parking ________________________________________ Living in Baltimore: Located within easy reach of Washington, DC; Philadelphia; and New York City, Baltimore offers a mix of urban and suburban living, vibrant culture, and excellent schools.
